Series klassen X30 Junior en X30 Senior
- De klasse X30 Junior en X30 Senior worden in Series verreden ingeval van 36+ rijders in de klasse, met A- en B-finales (momenteel X30 Junior 35, X30 Senior 47 rijders).
- B-finales ingeval van 44 of meer deelnemers in de klasse.
Tijdschema
- Het tijdschema wordt als download geplaats op www.nkiame.nl
- Let op: het tijdschema kan na bekendmaking gewijzigd worden indien een aanpassing in het aantal groepen X30 Junior/X30 Senior plaatsvindt.
Toegang tot "gesloten plaatsen"
- Toegelaten personen op gesloten plaatsen, zoals opstelplaats en parc-fermé;
- rijders, geregistreerde teameigenaren en per rijder 1 monteur.
Overnachten
- Er is in een camping voorzien op het terrein.
- U dient zich hiervoor vooraf aan te melden bij Karting des Fagnes via email naar info@kartingdesfagnes.be
- Bij aankomst aub melden in de cafetaria.
- Bewaking is aanwezig. Deze zal ook toezien op naleving van de regels.
- Er mag uiteraard niet gebarbecued of een “feestje gebouwd” worden. Houdt u zich aan de regels. We zijn te gast en moeten ons als zodanig gedragen.
Paddock, stroom, bijzonderheden
- Er wordt in stroom voorzien door Karting des Fagnes. Kosten voor de racedagen zijn bij het inschrijfbedrag inbegrepen.
- Tenten kunnen worden opgezet vanaf maandag 11 maart.
- Bij aankomst op het circuit is het noodzakelijk om de paddock verantwoordelijke van de baan te contacteren voordat u uw tenten opbouwt en daarnaast Ben de Feyter (0032479803159). Dit om de goede werking in de paddock niet te verstoren.
- Iedere kart moet op een dekzeil, met minimum afmeting 3x4 mtr. worden geplaatst, ter bescherming van de ondergrond.
- Personenwagens en lege bestelwagens moeten buiten het terrein geparkeerd worden.
- Houdt u er aub rekening mee, dat er gecontroleerd wordt en voertuigen die er niet mogen staan verplaatst dienen te worden, ook als de tent al is opgebouwd.
- Voordat u het terrein verlaat, moet de plek van elk team/rijder perfect schoon zijn (geen afval, geen tie-raps, geen banden achterlaten).
- Op elke vorm van vervuiling staat voor de overtreder een boete van € 500,00.
- Let u aub op de regel uit het Sportief Reglement betreffende de vereiste brandblusser. Hierop kan worden gecontroleerd!
Huurmotoren
- Voor geïnteresseerde rijders is er de mogelijkheid om motoren tegen een strak tarief te huren. Dit geldt voor alle klassen.

Technische Controles
- De tijden van de technische controles worden vermeld op het tijdschema.
Banden
- NK IAME: de bandenvouchers voor zowel slicks als regenbanden kunt u bestellen bij uw team/servicepunt of kunt u ter plaatse kopen in de shop van Karting des Fagnes.
- GK4: banden, zowel slick als regen, worden uitsluitend op bestelling geleverd via GK4 Tyres, email gk4tyres@outlook.be
- Er mag niet met eigen banden worden gereden.
- Zowel de slicks als regenbanden moeten worden aangemeld bij de scanning in het parc-fermé. Zie voor de tijden het tijdschema.
- Uitsluitend nieuwe banden mogen worden aangemeld, zowel slicks als regen.
Verplicht Tankstation

- Bewaart u aub uw tankbon. Deze moet u op verzoek organisatie tonen.
Warmdraaien motoren
- Motoren mogen NIET worden warmgedraaid.
- Het is toegestaan om de motor te starten, maar deze moet dan ook meteen weer worden uitgezet.
- Let op; dit is strafbaar gesteld in het Sportief Reglement.
Briefing/Startprocedures
- De digitale briefing wordt in het Nederlands en Engels als download geplaatst op onze internetsite.
- Er zullen twee briefings in persoon plaatsvinden in het nieuwe gebouw.
- Zie voor tijdstippen het tijdschema.

In the weekend of 15-17 March 2024, we will organize the combined event of the IAME SERIES NETHERLANDS-NK IAME (four classes) and GK4 Kart Series (three classes) on the great international karting track Karting des Fagnes Mariembourg. We look forward to meet you there.

Series classes X30 Junior and X30 Senior
- Series X30 Junior and X30 Senior classes: the X30 Junior and X30 Senior classes will be run in Series in case of 36+ drivers in their class (currently 36 drivers X30 Junior, 47 drivers X30 Senior).
- A and B finals (B finals in case of 44 or more participants in the class).

- Please note: the timeschedule may be changed after publication if there is an adjustment in the number of groups X30 Junior/X30 Senior.
Access to socalled "closed places"
- Persons allowed in socalled “closed places”, such as the parking area and parc-fermé: drivers, registered team owners and 1 mechanic per driver.
Campsite
- There is a campsite on site.
- You must register in advance at Karting des Fagnes via email to info@kartingdesfagnes.be
- Please report in the cafeteria upon arrival.
- Surveillance is in place. They will also monitor compliance with the rules.
- Of course, there is no barbecuing or "partying". Stick to the rules. We are guests and must behave as such.
Paddock, electricity, specifics
- Electricity will be provided by Karting des Fagnes. Costs Racingdays are included in the registration fee.
- Tents can be set up from Monday 11 March.
- Upon arrival at the circuit, it is necessary to contact the paddock manager of the track before setting up your tents and Ben de Feyter (0032479803159). This is in order not to disturb the proper functioning in the paddock.
- Each kart must be mounted on a tarpaulin, with a minimum size of 3x4 meters, to protect the substrate.
- Passenger cars and empty vans must be parked outside the site.
- Please note that there will be checks and vehicles that are not allowed to be there must be moved, even if the tent has already been set up.
- Before leaving the site, each team/driver's spot must be perfectly clean (no trash, no tie-raps, no tYres left behind). Any form of pollution is subject to a fine of € 500.00 for the offender.
- Please pay attention to the rule in the Sporting Regulations regarding the required fire extinguisher. This can be checked!

Tyres
- NK IAME
- The tyre vouchers for both slicks and rain tyres can be ordered at your team/service point or can be bought on site in the Karting des Fagnes shop.
- GK4
- Tyres, both slick and rain, are only delivered to order via GK4 Tyres, email gk4tyres@outlook.be
- It is not allowed to drive with other tyres.
- Both the slick tyres and rain tyres must be registered for the scanning in the parc-fermé. See the timeschedule for the times.
- Only new tyres may be registered, both slick and rain.
Mandatory fuel station

- Please keep your fuel receipt. You will need to show this to the organization upon request.
Warm-up engines
- It is strictly forbidden to warm up the engines.
- It is allowed to start the engine, but the engine must also be switched off immediately.
- Please note, this is made punishable in the Sporting Regulations.

- The digital briefing will be available for download in Dutch and English on our website.
- Two in-person briefings will take place in the mainbuilding.
